What’s So Great About Resistance Cord Training? Possibility.

Resistance bands have been around for a while—over 100 years, in fact. Known for their light weight, affordability, and simple functionality, they’re a staple in most gyms, fitness centers, and physical therapy offices. 

And yet, it’s not a stretch to say that the full potential of resistance cord training hasn’t been realized, either by the public or by fitness and training professionals. When it comes to understanding resistance cord training as a comprehensive fitness system with nearly limitless uses, we’ve barely scratched the surface.  

Why? We tend to associate resistance cord training with isolated activities—in physical therapy rehab from an injury, stretching routines, or as an occasional supplement to other strength training.
